Lol. I've tried adding lots of hot sauces to no avail. If I eat it, which would be on extreme rare occasion, I cover it with black pepper.

Kids like it, cool. As most here know, my issue is mostly with the Macroni and the powdered cheese.

Alfredo is pasta and cheese. You don't like Alfredo?

If you want to make homemade pasta and cheese, awesome, but if you are going to go to the trouble to make a nice cheese sauce, use a nice pasta, a Bigger pasta. IMO

My Lol was because of what Tin said, not about the sriracha.

I should have been more clear. I do like alfredo. I like lasagna and other dishes that contain pasta and cheese. It's the traditional Mac and cheese, whether it's powdered or melted cheddar. Just not a fan.

Yea, I meant to delete that, haha, I was thinking about something else while posting that whole comment.

Fawk Mac and cheese and even talking about it.

What's your thoughts on frozen chopped spinach? Immediately, I think about oyster Rockefeller as a dish that is served best with the use of it over fresh.

I'm a spinach fan. I don't personally have any specific dishes for frozen, but then again, I'm an amateur cook at best. I'm more of a professional eater. Lol

Oyster Rockefeller is wonderful. Oyster anything is wonderful. Raw, fried, steamed or baked.

Personally, I like to use frozen for "Rockefeller" because 1) the mix is better after sitting overnight, all the bacon, Pernod and juices mingling and into awesomeness. Fresh gets slimy and IMO nasty sitting that long. 2) it takes so much more fresh. 3) the best thing about fresh is, the texture and color, neither matter for Rockefeller. It makes more sense for a restaurant, mass production, but Ive found I still like it better for home use. That is clearly just my opinion and fresh does not suck for this use. Lol.

Sometimes I'll make a Rockefeller dish with a cheese Bechamel and fresh spinach is mandatory! But that's because the sauce is the "umph" that makes everything work.

Kev, do you know what your wife's preference is in her Spanakopita? Fresh or frozen?

frozen chopped spinach + canned condensed mushroom soup = evil gag-inducing yuck

I've no argument about spinach, otherwise

I would argue, that the spinach is not the issue in that mess.

separate, the two ingredients seem harmless enough, but put them together and a horror movie would not do justice to the result...

ammonia + bleach seems more humane, and that produces deadly poisonous gas

Just another one of those things with me. I like several kinds of canned soup, mushroom ain't one of them.

Seems your " Mac and cheese " is the spinach and mush soup. Haha, we've all got "one of those things". Some of us, we'll maybe just me, have several.
