not behr, but I'll give you an easy recipe

start with Baby back ribs
remove the membrane from the back
rub down with Butt Rub, or Dry Rub of choice
Wrap in Aluminum foil, (pour about a half a can of pineapple juice) in the foil- those little cans that come in a 6 pack
Heat grill to about 160-170,
Put on Grill for 4-5 hours
Take out of foil
Turn Grill to about 350-375
Baste Ribs with BBQ sauce and put on grill for about 15 minutes
Until BBQ sauces forms a crispy bark

Take off grill, and enjoy
The meat will fall off the bone, so be careful when taking out of foil, and putting on the BBQ sauce

Thanks. Sounds great, will be trying sometime in the next couple weeks depending on weather.

I've got a new favorite hot sauce. When we were on a cruise last fall, my wife bought me a small sample bottle of this hot sauce in Nassau. I was skeptical, but there's something about this hot sauce that has me hooked. It's a fairly simple cayenne hot sauce, with visible little chunks of the peppers in it, but it's so delicious and just the right amount of heat for me. Maybe it's the sea salt they add to it, I don't know.

Rasta Bahama Hot Pepper Tonic

Just thought I'd share for you pepper heads out there.

And for the record, no that was not my house that was busted in middle TN with all the starving and mistreated dogs in it, just in case someone got that idea. My dogs are all well fed, clean, health and happy.

So, I was looking for something different for a pot roast and came across this, Behr. Made me think of you. Check out #2 on the list of ingredients. If they had added to cook the meat in grape seed oil, it would have sealed the deal.

Cola Pot Roast I Recipe - Allrecipes.com

With cola and dry spaghetti sauce mix, I think the vegetable oil instead of GSO was on par.

Oh, glad you thought of me.:)

Behr, if a dish on a menu comes with "flash fried spinach", what does that mean? It was bright green (looking at my friend's picture). I'm taking it to mean in and out of a skillet really quickly. Is a particular technique for greens?

No "special technique, just in and out (20-30 sec). It's colorful and with spinach, it resembles the look and flavor of broccoli rabe or escarole. Mainly adds "flair" and interest to the description.

Gotcha. That's what I assumed but figured I'd ask. Thanks! :)

I haven't spent much time on the innerwebz lately, just been doing what I do. I'll send him an email with pics of the new chair.

Been spending alot of time in Orlando the past month or so and just trying to stay busy.

I have enjoyed the struggles of Florida football and recent basketball failures the past few weeks. They "fans" be so mad. :eek:lol:
