I have Buffalo Chicken Dip sitting on the stove cooling so I can put it in the fridge to be ready for tomorrow's game. What can I do to keep from devouring it tonight?

If a busy restaurant paid minimum wage and allowed the staff to keep their tips, would they go under?

I take this crap too personally and I know it. Sorry.

A restaurant only has an income from selling food and Liquor. They have to buy both. Right?

Expenses:

Paper. Straws, cocktail stirrers, trashcan liners, toilet paper, paper towels, bev naps, computer paper (receipts) etc.

Chemicals. Bleach, dish detergent, hand soap, grease remover (you do want to eat in a clean restaurant)....

Labor. Cooks, dishwashers, prep, servers, bartenders, hostess, managers, bussers........

Waste. Dumpsters, grease trap....

Supplies. Silverware, glassware (great souvenirs), candle fuel, ice scoops, kitchen mats.....

Linens. kitchen towels, aprons, FOH mats, lines (napkins for silver rolls)....

Advertising. Menus, to go menus, matches, billboards .....

Still have to buy the food and Beverages.

Oh shat, still have insurance, mortgage, property tax

Try to make the guest happy and comfortable so they can come back and ***** about an 18% tip that was auto added so they can say, "I would have left more, but since you added it, you won't get a penny more".

I might suck, but they suck more!

GTFO!

:) Don't want to seem as pissed off as I am. :)

If I were to approach a restaurant owner and say: "I can make your establishment paperless, including menus, and drastically cut labor cost by automating the ordering and payment process" what would the reaction be?
