I will try that. Usually use a bit of milk.

You can try this too: crack a couple eggs in a medium hot skillet with a little butter, or Pam, or olive oil (what I use). Start stirring the eggs around gently. Once they start to set just a little, add a little water (I just take the skillet to the spigot) and stir it in. It'll steam up and fluff up the eggs. I prefer creamier eggs, but that ain't healthy.

With a wooden spoon......
 
I crack eggs in a mixing bowl, add whatever I want in them, mix them with a whisk, pour them in a black iron skillet and scramble them with whatever I have close.......or just flip them in half and call it an omelet. I wash them down with a can of Dr. Pepper.
