My favorite?

Alfredo.

A few of those and some green onion make a nice garnish (color) and an awesome compliment.
 
Don't use them as an ingredient, just a garnish.

Suggestion. Buy a small jar at the supermarket. Eat a few by themselves and get a taste for them. You will want to make them and put them in/on almost everything!!
