Mmmmmm.

Fettuccine Alfredo topped with roasted red peppers and chopped green onion. Maybe even a few bacon bits for that extra little something.

Definitely going on the dinner plan for this week.

Thanks for the idea, Behr! :hi:

Do you use garlic with yours?

What do you think?

I think your account will be drafted a total of $57.95, and I hope that broccoli wasn't frozen.

DAYUM! Are you serious??? What I wouldn't give to spend just one month being tall. Being short sucks.

Being tall isn't great, try going clothes shopping when your measurements are 34x37. Also you can fit into fun cars like the miata or Corvette, while I can't.

True. But try having to wear heels just be as tall as other normal people.

I imagine being shorter has many disadvantages.

I love being this tall because it makes me a bit different but, if I was as tall as my father at 6'2" or as tall as Thrasher865 at 5'10" I would not be upset.

Absolutely. Isn't it required to call it an alfredo sauce? :dunno:

For years my wife and I have experimented with making good alfredo sauce. We started with a basic butter, garlic, cream, parsley and parm sauce. Most recently we have preferred a béchamel based sauce (butter/flour roux, garlic, pinch of red pepper flake, half 'n half, a bit of cream cheese, a lot of parm and some chopped parsley).

The sad thing about alfredo sauce is we've never found one that was any good as leftovers. They tend to break or get pasty when reheated.

The dogs don't mind the leftovers, though.
