Article about Pruitt (SIAP)

I seen a lot of football and a lot of coaches in my time. Pruitt is good one that does things right. He had an awful mess on his hands when he got here. You'll see.
A lot of generic statements.

Why is he good? How has he lost to inferior teams such as:
1) Ga State
2) Kentucky
3) Vanderbilt
4) Arkansas
?

Why does he keep playing a QB that net averages zero points over the past 5 games?

Be specific. Answer.

CJP inherited a culture and talent dumpster fire. That is not changed overnight, it takes three full recruiting cycles. He is fixing that. Think about this, how many player has UT put in League the past three years? One or two a year. GA and AL put 10 a year.
CJPis recruiting at a high level in his first two cycles and you are starting to see the results. We absolutely pushed Auburn’s d-line around Saturday.
As far as qb, he went with what he had. CJP has recruited 1 blue chip qb and he is a freshman with no spring ball, little summer or fall. He’ll start the Florida game. CJP has another blue chipper in next years class. It’s gonna be aight, you’ll see.

I'm just kidding, it's really about Matt Patricia and the Lions, but OMG read this article and tell me it's not about Jeremy Pruitt....

Matt Patricia and Bob Quinn have murdered the Lions

Scary how much you can take out Patricia's name and plug in Pruitt's, and you wind up right where we are. The spot we are in is nothing new, it's not rocket surgery, and it's not going to change until someone above forces it to change. Doesn't matter the school, NFL franchise, or peewee program, bad leadership is bad leadership. And the combination of failure & narcissism from the head coach will destroy a program every time unless someone intervenes early. We are way past early (so are the Lions).

Sad that we've become the Detroit Lions of the SEC.

He has been here 3 years now. If he is thinking this is progress then we need to go in another direction right now. Time to cut our losses.

If we are starting to see the results of his recruiting then we are in deep, deep trouble. You just lost the fifth game in a row by double digits for the first time in school history. And it looks like he will extend that streak to at least seven.

You really don’t understand how all this works. First financially firing CJP is an impossibility. Second CPF sees eye to eye with CJP and is not going to fire CJP. Third no one is firing CPF. Fourth the football people (not Joe Q. Idiot fan) know its going in the right direction.

So it’s the UT fans who are the idiots? Ok

Losing 5 games in a row is a step in the right direction?

How many more ass kickings under Pruitt do you want to see?

Are you serious? What Tennesse fan would want Urban Whiner. This lost decade was caused by the firing of football coach who shouldn't have been fired and the hiring of Kiffin. At the time I said why are we hiring that punk from the Raiders, who are we Florida? Now we should fire a football coach who doesn't need fired and hire another punk? Why not see if Spurrier wants to make comback?
Name me another coach (besides Freeze) that is available right now, has the experience and pedigree of Meyer and could literally take us to the next level in football?

I know, you get the point. Tennessee has a historically had a culture of character, maybe you were a Schiano man.

Schiano is a bad coach and I never considered him.

In fact, I was willing to protest over the hire with most of the fan base.
