Arkansas is improved. Why aren't we?

The Arkansas Texas AM game is NEVER a barometer for either team when they play each other...EVER...They always, and I mean always, play each other close...it goes back to the ole Southwest days...So Arkansas is still terrible and trying to build something and Texas AM is still getting better but no where near being a top tier program in the SEC...YET....In fact I have a close friend who may be the biggest Arkansas fan alive and he constantly brings up the fact we beat Auburn and Kentucky last year and still would give ANYTHING if Arkansas could just beat ONE ranked SEC team...

Arkansas played with fire in their eyes, and their offense and defense made big plays. We do not make big plays. When we try to make big plays, we make huge mistakes(Turnovers, missed tackles, busted coverages), and it cost us points.

Arkansas owned A&M back in the Southwest Conference days. Since both have been in the SEC, it's just the opposite, A&M 8-0 and counting. It's been a stick in the pig's craw for some time now.

He was another Debbie Doubter non-believer. Any Vol fan knew Arkansas would never be able to make up all the points that Third and Chavis would give away. Plus i love coach Pruitt's style and makeup of football. If you think about his core beliefs it closely resembles The General.

Help me figure this out... UT had the second most experienced roster in the conference coming into the season, yet looks like the worst team in the SEC right now. How do you justify that? What reason do we have to believe Pruitt can get it done?
