arian fumbled in this game, cory was the one who fumbled through the endzone
But you've still got no excuse coughing up the rock that close to the goal line. As a player, you put that on yourself.
I suppose. Meach's catch was much easier on me because there was offensive pass interference anyway.I'm sure both of those guys took those mistakes very hard. That being said, Meachem dropped a 50 yard pass yesterday that hit him right in the chest. Plenty of guys didn't execute properly yesterday. You can't blame Foster for everything. Do you really think that guys like Hefney are sitting at home thinking, "We all played so awesome yesterday. If not for Foster, we'd have gotten the win we deserved." No UT player thinks that. None of them played well enough to feel that they got something that they didn't deserve (except maybe Coker, but he hardly played and he should've taken care of stuff off the field).
Yeah, but if you guys have ever played receiver you know its hard to catch every single ball, you have to watch your footing, level your eyes and catch the tip of the ball. That's extremely difficult in about 3 defenders.
I played RB too and the coach always took us out of the game if we ever ran into that gap with one hand off the ball. When you are running into the line you use both hands and then you can put it in your outter hand when you bounce it out to the sideline.
I'm not joking. I think many of our players get better coaching in high school than they do here. Look how many players get worse the longer they stay at UT. All of our wide receivers before Troop took over come to mind.
Foster though is wild with the ball, he always has been. Sanders said the main reason he was passed on by a lot of schools is how wild he was with the ball. They've been trying to get him to fix that since his freshman year.I never played running back, but I know that even the best ones fumble occasionally.
