I have a mac and love it. It can run both windows and OS X simultaneously. I dont think I'd get another PC.

upgradable to 4 gigs of ram. does that make up for not having a dedicated video card when running heavy grapic intense games?

no. you can have a terabyte of ram and if you only have onboard graphics your machine is going to suck at gaming.

Do they have docking stations for Apples? I know dell computers have them... :ermm:

I don't know that Apple makes one. There are supposedly third-party products available; here's one that claims to work with my Macbook Pro. I've never actually thought about it; I bought a laptop with a 15" screen precisely because I thought it would be big enough for 95 percent of what I do with a computer. With a full-size keyboard, a bluetooth mouse, and (of course) wireless network connections, I've never thought about needing a docking station at all. (And I used one with my previous laptop.) On the infrequent occasions when I need a bigger screen or two displays, I just plug one in.

There's a lot of screen real estate on the 15in. I thought about getting the 17 but I like the size of the 15 just fine.
