Actually, people give cops a hard time if they "give that guy a break" or "they didn't give our guy a break."

Cops are really just repo men. Your issue is with the bank (the law) not them, so stop hassling them OR sue the city if they're actually harassing/assaulting you.

It's pretty simple. Pay your tickets, no suspended license. If you have a suspended license, don't expect the cop to give you a break just because you can catch a football.

Should Brazzell be able to blow stop signs or run through school zones or whatever because he wears orange? C'mon. That's what you're teaching him with "cutting him a break."

It's simple. If Brazzell is responsible for catching critical passes, he can be responsible for his tickets and speed. Period.

That would be false. They don’t exactly go out looking or you. But if your license is suspended and you do something to get pulled over, when they see the warrant you’re going to jail. I spent 15 years in LE. How bout you?

The FTA in court for whatever the ticket was leads to the bench warrant, which then likely leads to the suspension, which then shows when your info is ran during your next stop. Not exactly a huge deal but it’s not like he was targeted as one suggested. If you fail to appear in court, this is what happens to anyone.
