Image of @NO SIR EEE from inside the courtroom...Not much has happened in court this morning except for the opening arguments. They are on a break right now.
What was his opinion on Sankey?
I don't know what Hubbs had to say about Sankey since I don't subscribe to his articles, only follow him on Twitter.
Here’s my question:
Does Pruitt implicate previous schools claiming what happened at TN was “common practice” or does Fulmer get caught up in the wash? I wish it was the former but believe it will be the latter even though both scenarios are most likely true.
this hearing is not about giving new testimony. The NCAA investigative team has given what the penalties should be. Pruitt and Tennessee have objected to some of the penalties.
This hearing allows the investigative team to state why they feel the penalties are appropriate. Then UT and Pruitt state why they should be something else. The committee then engages in dialogue with both parties.
It’s not a findings hearing. That has already happened with the months long investigation. There were no findings to implicate Fulmer so would not expect anything to come out at his hearing.
You obviously know more about these hearings than I do. Based on what you’re saying this is a debate about penalties/sanctions, no?
Haven't heard of any update. Only update I've saw is attorney billable hours and what was charged thus far.
