another article smearing Peyton

There are witnesses and statements backing her story up. It has been reported before her version happened. Peyton has lost a couple of cases over this already. He did it. It doesn't change anything though. Its not like college kids don't make dumb mistakes all the time. If the exact same events and court outcomes happened to someone from another school everyone would believe it. Peyton is just human. He made a mistake along time ago. Archie covered it up. Even the local guys have been talking about Archie talking to reporters about not reporting the story. Archie with his money and influence tried to cover up the story and pay everyone off.

The cases were settled. A settlement is not an admission of guilt.

And Peyton had his lawyers seal the records, because there was nothing incriminating in the records.

I guess everything that Jamie Naughright accused Donna Karan and Deli delicacies of were true right? Nothing suspicious about a person who has filed civil lawsuits against 4 different entities in a 14 year period of time is there?

1) Univerisity of Tennessee
2) Peyton Manning
3) Deli delicacies
4) Donna Karan (and others)

The part that was sealed was a separate incident in '94. Not the mooning. I would be interested to know what happened in '94. Still doubt it's anything too bad, as there were never charges brought. She has gone after money every time. Nothing more.

Jamie Naughright must be dizzy from all the civil lawsuits (gold digging) she has filed... none of which ever went to court. Two of them were dismissed.

'Vexatious litigant' is not spin. That is what a judge cited as reason for dismissing her case against Donna Karan.

Look, it no longer matters what you people that wish to think the worst of Peyton Manning want to believe regarding what did or didn't happen in 1996. Jamie Naughright's litigous history and the language used in the dismissal of her case against Donna Karan is one hell of a trump card.

I suspect that Jamie Naughright will be very cautious going forward. Her response is likely to be "no comment." If she is compelled to testify, she could perjure herself. All parties have an interest in letting settled cases stay settled.

You mean the vexatious litigant in the Donna Karan case? Yeah, that gold digger needs to keep her mouth shut.

I'm glad to hear that there is such a thing.

Oh, yeah. In California, and other states, a vexatious litigant can be prevented from filing new litigation without obtaining prior permission from the presiding judge. Failure to comply could generate contempt of court penalties. Vexatious litigants can only go to the well so many times before the court punches a hole in their bucket.

I saw on Reddit that the 94 incident was during a game where Peyton told her to "Get the **** out of my face, or I will ****ing jack you up!" as she tried to address a small injury after coming off the field.

Lord I hope not. That would RUIN his reputation forever- he would be more hated than Tiger Woods and Lance Armstrong combined. Not to mention it would ruin UTs rep also. Hoping this Shaun King isn't able to obtain these docs. At this point I don't even want to know even though I wish someone would tell us it's not as bad as we think. :banghead2:

That's not an incident that is just sports. How is that an issue?

Don't you love it when a poster replies to a 20 page long thread after only reading the OP?

Well what incentive does Saxon have to lie when he said this:

“First, I have stuck to my same story throughout this drama. I told Mike Rollo the next day and Coach Fulmer a week or two afterwards. I had nothing to hide at that point and I have nothing to hide today. I have never been on Jamie’s side or on your side. I stuck to the truth and I lost my eligibility for it. My redshirt request sat on Mike Rollo’s desk for months as the process was going forward. I’m not angry about it anymore, just getting a little tired of it.

Peyton, you messed up. I still don’t know why you dropped your drawers. Maybe it was a mistake, maybe not. But it was definitely inappropriate. Please take some personal responsibility here and own up to what you did. I never understood why you didn’t admit to it. Coming clean is the right thing to do.”

What's funny is that even though you are using this to further your false narrative, it's more proof that apparently all Peyton did was moon the lady. Where is the uh.....supposed touching of genitalia to her face?

I know of one witness, who are the others? No surprise you would be on the wrong end of this though. What's sad, this story will eventually smoke out a whole lot of less than intelligent people. Let's hope they are smart enough to see how foolish they look when the dust settles.

You must be dizzy from all the spinning.

And you must be lost after taking one document and forming an entire opinion on a topic. If this was a college paper and you only used one source you would get a failing grade. That's why I'm giving your opinion an 'F'

So I guess all it takes to be black these days is s close cropped haircut and a pencil thin mustache.

Well Manning could always deny he ever touched his genitalia on that trainer's face. But of course he can't say either way...because he promised not to talk about it. That's convenient.
