instructor - I think Peyton coming back to UT one day is interesting. I remeber hearing that Peyton had said he always wanted to be a coach after his playing days were done. But don't you think Peyton would need to get some experience before taking on a big job like UT? Recruiting, experience etc.? Maybe CLK could bring him on as Co-OC after he retires and see how he does?
My only question is why would someone with a billion dollars, who needs no more money, subject themselves to the ridicule that gets thrown at big time college coaches?
Here is my take: Peyton is currently the head coach of the Colts IMO. As much as we currently bring him/try to get him involved with our program, I dont think he would need much of a resume. Granted he may need a few years as a coordinator but I think it'd be a high possibility. What do you think an OC and QB coach, or a DC for his ability to pick them apart?
