My main point was Simmons was not developed and needed to work on things before hitting pros. I saw him as a Sixers fan and he was not ready. Same goes for Nate. I am seeing NBA guys that follow this suggesting another year at UT would help him a ton. He is already making more money at UT than the guy that was picked at number 10 last year, so don’t act like he is making so much more money in pros. Garrett Mendenwahl is the best at what he does with his athletes in college basketball. If you read into things you will see that Nate actually loves college and playing with Vols.He was making fun of a previous poster claiming Simmons was rail thin. Keep up

Barring a massive NCAA Tournament Run, Tennessee's Nate Ament should return to school

I think the idea that he wasn't ready is revisionist history based on where he ended up. He sat out his first year because of injury. The next year he was rookie of the year. The next 3 years he was an all star. His rookie contract was his best years, and it did not at all look like he was not ready in the eyes of his peers, his bosses, and the fans.My main point was Simmons was not developed and needed to work on things before hitting pros.
