The accepted scale is socialism and communism is a progressive left concept . Not a right leaning concept .

Economically, but without the social component, it's all meaningless. The social component has always been the ultimate deciding factor in every system.

Getting off into the whacky weeds now , back to my question , how did you come up with your own belief system that doesn’t follow what our society believes as standards for left and right of center ? I have never spoken to another person that has ever believed communism is a right wing concept . I’m intrigued to say the least .

This was the most surprising part of the story:

"A spokesperson for the Department of Health and Human Services, which includes CMS, said the department has a longstanding policy of paying for goods like jewelry when they are lost during a work trip."

Why should the government --and ultimately taxpayers--be free insurers for government employees who can't keep track of their sh*t while traveling?

You are talking about the economic side of the equation. Every economic system has always and will always live or die based on the social side of the equation. Without perceived equality of rights and opportunity, every economic system will eventually fail.
By my definition, the move toward equal rights and opportunity is progressive (left), the economic system is secondary.
It's also my belief that perfectly functioning capitalistic, socialistic, and communistic economic systems would all function pretty much exactly the same. Of course, we will never see a perfectly functioning system. In the absence of a perfectly functioning system, a blend in necessary.
