So one guy getting one obscure fact wrong > a bunch of dumbass young people who never heard of the Civil War? Dice had Veteran's Day confused with Memorial Day/Decoration Day which had its beginnings right after the Civil War.

You be correct if there wasn’t several of these videos like this showing how our educational system isn’t failing us and how selective adults are in the things they chose to “ pay attention to” . I know you like to make excuses for them but if you aren’t alarmed at the lack of factual American history our younger voters have may you should be . The simple fact that the guy , the one that knew it was the union that won , actually thought the Rs were the ones pushing for slavery in the civil war should be extremely alarming . Where did he learn that , how is that possible with today’s information access , who taught him that ?

1) I'm quite aware there are lots of people who don't know basic facts. Not sure why @0nelilreb appears to be trying to convince me of this.

2) The entire point of those videos is to show people not knowing stuff. Although they may be eye rolling/amusing, they're not that intriguing. It's more interesting/surprising to see the video itself have a mistake. That's what I meant.

I still drive a manual, but they are getting tougher and tougher to find in anything resembling a family size car, and I hate driving my wife's SUV on trips ... almost as much as riding with her behind the wheel.

I’m not trying to convince you of anything , I know that if these people were wearing a maga hat you’d find it more amusing . I’m just pointing out the fact that our voting population probably isn’t paying as much attention to what Trump says as you think they do .

I know. You need not even go to the "dumbos" to find them. Plenty of well-rounded people don't pay much attention to DC.
