Amateur Hour Continues

So...a President DOES make that much of a difference???
Not so much in policy with regards to day to day life. Their larger impact is on the national consciousness. Think Kennedy....good, Trump....bad.
I trust you understand the difference.

Because he is a national embarrassment and unraveling the very fabric of our nation. His policies are inconsequential.
bwaaaa haaaaaa haaaaaaa. Tax cuts, returned KIAs, asinine treaties renegotiated, billions of dollars being repatriated. Damn I actually feel sorry for you

National conciousness, huh? Apart from the TDS crowd, nobody is talking about the liar in chief.

A man of his advanced age should be able to separate reason and emotion.
So clever it had to be posted twice.

What I can separate is short term personal gain from long term common good, but that's obviously not completely just a function of age.

The TDS crowd don't talk about Trump just the people talking about Trump. The TDS crowd are the ones that don't like anything negative to be said about Trump, hence the attacks on the media and the outrage at Google.

I imagine some do and some don't. What do you think?
I think your fluid argument is evaporating. We go from a president makes little to no difference to he effects the national consciousness to 66% of the population of which some do and some don't agree with you... and none of it adequately explain the emotional instability you have with Trump.

Going off 72's post yesterday about presidents making little difference (go back and read it if you missed it). My point was, if presidents make little difference, why elect and then continue to support and defend a despicable person. I think you're smart enough to recognize the distinction between actual tangible impact on daily life (that would be $ for most of you guys) and the intangible impact on national consciousness.
