Interesting take on all that crap. They are now claiming Richman had a security clearance at the time of the disclosure and he is now representing Comey. And additionally the information wasn’t classified at time of disclosure.

That’s wrong. If it was classified at a later date it was classified at time of disclosure. And his own notes on the memos corroborate that.

Not good enough on the clearance either. Even if he did have a clearance (which I’m still going to question for now) what was his need to know? That’s how it works. And “covering my buddy Jim’s butt” isn’t a valid reason.

Access to classified information requires two components a) the proper clearance b) a valid need to know the information.

And finally he asserted again they were his private documents. The DOJ has already stated on record otherwise.

He’s going to fry.

never said that. I do think the republicans are held to a higher standard precisely because of what you mention above. that being said, your windmill hunt on Trump banging a porn queen is laughable. most people probably couldn't care less.

I love how judges nominated by Republicans making rulings we don't like are now called activist judges. He's even a fellow alum of Trump's University of Penn. Funny.

Who appointed a judge or where they went to school doesn't matter. Being isolated from consequences, responsibility and they real world the way federal judges are tends to warp their view.

Sure, Hog. I'd make up some gibberish too if I was busted. It couldn't be that Trump/Sessions "acted unconstitutional on it's face" and "pushed inaccurate arguments" or anything.

Are you aware that a panel of US District Judges also ruled in favor of Chicago against the DOJ in April? Seems you, like Trump and Sessions, are spitting into the wind and like wasting money.

Again almost useless anymore until it gets to SCOTUS.

Why don't they run these test cases in places a little more conservative?
