Remember congress isn't passing stuff ... so where's the new spending ... they completely whiffed on that ... just some innuendo about Trump's spending. Tax revenues have been up despite the comment about the tax cuts being partially to blame. Spending will go up even if nothing new happens because we have a ton of obligations from past legislation ... the gifts that keep on giving ... the things that were underfunded or not funded and just kicked down the road. Military spending is aggrivated by the wars and mini-wars that Trump inherited.

The article does at least say:
