Since this is the science thread:

I put a coke can in the freezer and it got bigger. I thought things got smaller in the cold. What's the deal?

Coke is mainly water. While most liquids contract when cooled, the unique molecular structure of water involving the hydrogen bonds causes it to expand when cooled.

Above 4 degrees Celsius, water also expands when heated.

My son left an unopened Diet Coke can on the dash of my truck at the boat ramp. It was lodged where the dash meets the windshield. It got hot and expanded enough to crack my windshield, before the top blew out.
