Really???? Larry Seivers, a time unanimous all American wide receiver.

Edit: Hopefully you’re just giving him flack for misspelling the name.

I know Larry Seivers.
I thought maybe he was referencing a player from the Neyland era who was less familiar.
OP did say "all time..." so I thought he might be reaching way back.

I’m going to skip past the responses to give an honest take, and probably show my lack of wisdom:

QB: Manning
RB: Lewis
WR: Price
WR: Meachem
WR: Jennings
TE: Witten
LT: Richardson
LG: Smith
C: ??? McNeil??? No idea
RG: Clifton?
RT: Munoz?

I probably should have stayed quiet

One of the most overrated WRs ever. The old timers talk about that he was Clutch. And he was. But talent and stats wise. Not even top 15
Stats? Really? Teams didn’t throw it 50 times a game. 92 receptions in two yrs in the 70’s was a lot. Good enough to be All-American. UT have another 2x AA at WR? No

He had as many TDs as Josh Briscoe and Zach Rogers. He was good for his era but nowhere close to WRs we had from 80s-now. Also all American was based on media word of mouth because games weren’t all on tv. He had big catches in two games and everyone talked about them
