I think the banks are getting to a point that if you don't like them at this level, you're never going to like them. There will be headwinds for sure, but I think the stress test results could actually be a positive in the near term when it is fully digested. There may be some choppy trading in the near term, but I think we look back at these levels in five years shaking our heads.
Facebook may offer a great entry very soon if they don't stop hemorrhaging advertisers. The FB boycott was all fun and games until VZ announced they are pulling ads from the platform. That's a large customer to lose. I like Zuck's approach to the censorship issue, but Dorsey is winning the pr on that front. It will be interesting to watch it play out.
They also have a bank and payroll processor.I can't get my arms around Square (SQ). Is it a hardware company? Is it a payment processor? Do they compete with or partner with other companies in payment processing? Are they dependant on plastic credit cards? I suppose that they could do like Netflix. Start out as one thing and develop into something that doesn't necessarily resemble where they were at square one.

As someone that uses their products, they work fine, but lately they seem to be slipping in places and have had a lot of outages and confusion around how they're handling certain things with the PPP loans, etc. In my opinion they're doing the typical expanding too fast and losing sight of their core competencies thing.
Play with a 401k inside the 401k. Taking it out is asking for problems. I rolled over an old 401k IRA into my current 401k and the IRS sent me a notice a couple years later that I owed them $10k in interest and penalties. And that was a transfer that I had all my ducks in a row. They watch retirement accounts like a hawk.

They should have to get non governmental funding or go belly up. That is called capitalism. Then what you are suggesting would happen. Most likely before bankruptcy. With all these airlines and cruiselines dumping assets to stay afloat, somebody with some money could snatch them up at bargain prices, start up a new company on the cheap, and be ready to go once COVID ends.
But muh muh muh CRITICAL BUSINESSES. ARRRRGGGH. There are a lot of companies, and hospital systems and insurance companies, that should be gone based on service alone. They should have to get non governmental funding or go belly up.
