i guess if you recruit mostly in state and pass around enough koolaid to recruits they will be cool with dirt.
but having the cash flow you brought up earlier why wouldnt you have something to be proud of? Neyland is second to none. piss off:salute:

could have, should have. it is in our best interest that lamfin is gone, his mouth was getting us in trouble, though I liked many of the things I saw on the field this isn't USC. We has integrity and morals in the South. Plus Monte wasn't going to be around foever and we all know he was the backbone of the entire operation. I have heard numerous reports from journalists and people in the program about lane and ed's unethical acts that were covered up by UT and its associates that will not come out because we no longer have a reason to protect him. Hopefully this will cause difficulties in his immediate and long term future.

Guess im gonna try and get some sleep. Been trying to read between the lines for hours and one thing keeps bugging me. Texas waited till 10pm to confirm Muschamp is staying, meaning they were very cautious about putting out a statement to reassure their fans that he wasnt leaving. That has me thinking that something happened late tonight, to reassure them 100% that Muschamp wasnt gonna leave them. A big program like that surely wouldnt want the embarassment of having the guy leave the next day would they? Thoughts?

I agree, but I think they finally got some kind of reassurement of some kind that made them feel 100% confident in putting out the release. If they werent waiting for certainty they couldve put the release out much earlier today, why 10pm? Just a thought, im trying to give myself and answer to sleep on when there isnt one out there for sure, haha.
