All Thangs Pussum and Chad Thread

If there were a simpler way to reheat coffee left in the cup, we wouldn't have a MW at all.

(Well, and the VERY occasional Stouffer's Meat Lover Lasagna...)

Why is it that microwaves cook the contents of some mugs but in others cook the mugs making them too hot to handle instead of the contents?

I would guess the contents might be part of it. Like the more solid the more it takes to heat it and it transfers it, or its like an insulater? Idk.

Sometimes I'm only heating up for a hot beverage, not like a hearty soup, and it is the mug that gets freakishly hot, but yet the liquid is just luke warm!

Wrong glaze formulation. I googled.

Well thats nice to know, and it would be nice if retailers put that they have the wrong glaze on the mug before I purchase it. lol. I was actually telling my aunt this weekend I need to go through my mugs and get rid of the ones that are like that.
