Yea, what Squirely says. My real recipe of 350 degrees wrapped in foil, with wrapping in olive oil and a little salt goes in for around 3 hours. Gives the skin some crispness, while the inside is super soft and fluffy. If you overcook it, the skin totally dries out and the inside just disintegratesAnyone, can you over-cook a potato? Just wondering. Haven't seen that discussed here.
