Albert Haynesworth arrested on domestic violence charge

Highly suspicious of guy with a history of domestic violence and other anger issues. Come on man. You gotta be better than that.
Also makes him a target. IDK the details of the current incident but you never know. There are alot of greedy people and vengeful ex’s out there.

Crazy she made him drive 150 miles to her house, even though he's not supposed to be there, make verbal and text specific violent threats, and THEN when police show up continue said threats and refused to leave or even to stop yelling.

Like I stated I was not up on the details of this case. and just made a general remark that sometimes accusations are made up or distorted for different reasons.

When I see this, all I can see is Jackson catching a pass and hurling a half court shot bc that girl never saw a shot she could pass up. My lord she was such a terrible player. Pass to Jackson, and shot and brick. Pass to Jackson, shot and brick.

Sometimes she made one, but you're right. Pat obviously owed one of Brittany's family member or did a family member a favor.

Criminal Trespassing and Vandalism are separate charges from Domestic Assault in the TCA code.

It is state law that if an alleged domestic violence incident occurs, the officer is only mandated to arrest IF there is probable cause that a crime occurred and if there is a primary aggressor.
If there is not a primary aggressor and the officer believes both parties are equally responsible, the officer has the judgment to determine to arrest either or none of the parties.

Accusations are just that, there has to be some probable cause for arrest.

Orders of Protection are different, anyone can go and file those against anyone (domestic or not) and a judge has the right to apply them until a hearing is held.
You guys just throw the men in jail and white knight for these lying heifers.

In a case of actual domestic violence, don't you think it might be a good thing to restrict his access to firearms?
The problem is far too many of these cases are false reports. So some guy is going to lose his guns based on a lie.

But I get it... "if it just saves one life"...

good to see ya big guy. Hope you and yours are doing well.

...and yes, as a younger man, I did many many crazy things with a beautiful girls affection being the root cause. Albert gotta be around 50 by now though. Gotta expect some wisdom to come with that age...

Let me be on the record as saying that it is RIDICULOUS that a man can be arrested in Tennessee for domestic assault, with all the negative and even permanent consequences that can come with it...without ever laying a hand on anyone OR anything. Yes, I understand the difference between assault and battery in a legal sense...but that is absolutely insane due to how very easy it is for females to manipulate that VERY low bar for "evidence" of a "crime".....that is pitiful.
