Crazy she made him drive 150 miles to her house, even though he's not supposed to be there, make verbal and text specific violent threats, and THEN when police show up continue said threats and refused to leave or even to stop yelling. Also makes him a target. IDK the details of the current incident but you never know. There are alot of greedy people and vengeful ex’s out there.
Like I stated I was not up on the details of this case. and just made a general remark that sometimes accusations are made up or distorted for different reasons.Crazy she made him drive 150 miles to her house, even though he's not supposed to be there, make verbal and text specific violent threats, and THEN when police show up continue said threats and refused to leave or even to stop yelling.
When I see this, all I can see is Jackson catching a pass and hurling a half court shot bc that girl never saw a shot she could pass up. My lord she was such a terrible player. Pass to Jackson, and shot and brick. Pass to Jackson, shot and brick.
You guys just throw the men in jail and white knight for these lying heifers.Criminal Trespassing and Vandalism are separate charges from Domestic Assault in the TCA code.
It is state law that if an alleged domestic violence incident occurs, the officer is only mandated to arrest IF there is probable cause that a crime occurred and if there is a primary aggressor.
If there is not a primary aggressor and the officer believes both parties are equally responsible, the officer has the judgment to determine to arrest either or none of the parties.
Accusations are just that, there has to be some probable cause for arrest.
Orders of Protection are different, anyone can go and file those against anyone (domestic or not) and a judge has the right to apply them until a hearing is held.
