I would have fired the guy for simple stupidity, not to mention terrible judgement. I wouldn't want someone that stupid working for me. If he's so stupid to say this on Twitter using his own name, then what stupid thing will he do at work to make the business suffer? They guy said he wished the player had knocked the woman's head off. That's at the very least a stupid thing to say, and could be a warning signal that something very ugly lies beneath the surface with this guy. If you are the business owner, you can't take a chance - not just for the business bottom line, but also the safety of your employees.
