I'm not saying aj is guilty, and I hope to God he's not. But I swear I think if he got on national TV tonight and admitted his guilt some would still defend him just because he was a vol.

I could understand if it was after the trial and he was innocent but its not. So what happens if he is convicted of rape? We gonna give someone money that is sitting in jail for rape? Or is everyone getting there money back? Yeah real great idea.

Or better yet lets give the money to Orta if he is guilty since he was a good friend and tried

I think it depends upon whether the alleged victim is telling the truth or if we have another incident like the Duke lacrosse scandal. If the latter, then A.J. is the victim.

So you assume she is telling the truth and aj is guilty? The system should automatically be setup where the person that loses the case pays for both lawyers. I'm not saying either are right, but assuming either are with no evidence is just crazy.

Exactly, if he is innocent expect a counter suit to recoup some of the millions he has lost. Who gets rich? The lawyers!

Who would he sue? He was accused of rape,they investigated for months and pressed charges. Sure plenty of lawyers are killing it on this case

Simple. He didn't open his eyes to what has been going on in the world of college athletics and allowed himself to be in a situation where this happened. I'm not saying he has to be abstinent, but damn, have some smarts. All these high profile athletes have been getting in situations like this, so why hook up with a random chick in a bar when you're a high profile athlete?
