After Bud Light and Target, The North Face has become the latest American brand to face a boycott for promoting Pride.

The company's Summer of Pride ad was released yesterday on its Instagram page and has already drawn ire from conservative consumers.

The commercial features drag queen 'Pattie Gonia' telling consumers to 'come out... in nature with us!' and declaring themselves a 'real life homosexual!'

'Hi it's me Patti Gonia - a real life homosexual. Today I'm here with the North Face and we are here to invite you to come out... in nature with us!' Pattie - who lists pronouns as 'she', 'he' and 'they', online says.

Some people have the basic premise but don't know how to frame an argument. Most minds are made up and invested in their belief; few of them change their mind. Some are ignorant of circumstances and just need info. Still others just need to hear a good argument against the bad argument to be swayed.

It's like giving money to homeless or panhandlers. Perhaps 98% of them are going to put it to ill-use; not my problem. I'm gambling on the 2% that won't and willing to go through the other 98 while hoping the odds are actually better than that.

I come in like a bloodhound, only instead of sniffing for varmints, I'm sniffing out ****** attempts to virtue signal nuclear family values.

I'm not here for efficacy or even to change minds. I reserve that for people I actually care about.

I disagree; when I post things here such as the...cartoon porn found in many schools and they're removed with admin admonishing to please don't post such material here, that's a problem. When parents present such materials and read aloud from them in public school meetings and are shut down, that's a problem. When schools encourage students to question their gender and without psychological expertise or parents - PARENTS - involved, and encourage them to live double-gender lives at school, that's a problem; it's abuse.

When adults insist on reading to or performing in drag - or having kids in drag perform for them - under what stretch of logic is that not wrong? Can children as young as 3 - even infants some claim - can be gender fluid? As it's becoming a booming industry, should chemical or surgical 'gender affirming care' be allowed for minors, even with the consent of parents?

Or still not happening, despite probably a couple hundred postings of news account on VN?

How can I change the subject when it was never the subject until you created a strawman out of minutiae, and haven't been on track since opening? Here: SOME LGB community members and groups are on 'crusade ( using your hyperbole) against the TQ inclusion, their agenda, and targeting children. Happy? Now let's argue the points.

I haven’t been off track for a second. You started off talking about how “the LGB community” doesn’t like trans people, which is at best extremely disingenuous when you were really talking about .00000000000000000001% of “the LGB community”, and now you’re saying trans people are “sexualizing children” but instead listed a bunch of National Enquirer-quality anecdotal things you just think are “wrong,” and even those are primarily a drag queen reading to children and classroom material you don’t like. Good luck with your crusade, who knows which other community you’ll try and fail to speak for next

Well rigged elections took away our vote, so voting with our wallet is what we have left. The difference is if a store wanted to sell a liberal book etc we could care less....but yes we draw the line at child predators, pedophilia and grooming. The left cancels people over pronouns.

That's cute. They don't but you knew that. And I could care less if they started dropping like the banks are. I will be ok regardless. I am hopeful that more people get themselves in a position where they feel the same way. These corporations only do this because large segments of the population are not in a position to stop buying things from the Targets of the world. But alas Bud Light has me hopeful. It will be like a snowball if there are a few more bud light size corporations start to lose billions.
