We have plenty of talent for him to be a 1st round pick if he has the talent. He has not shown that he has the talent to be a 1st round pick. See players like Drake Maye or Kenny Pickett for example over the last few years of QBs drafted in 1st round who didn’t have the talent on their teams that we do. There are many more.

So...that's some nice spin. A rogue Spyre agent or UT rep was trying to somehow "help the situation" and the whole thing backfired onto Nico?? That's what they wanna roll with?
Is that also what happened in the winter that caused Matthews to panic and hit the portal??

I think I'm with the 85% of those who voted on the poll here...I'm so over this drama. We were finally to the place where we didn't have endure coaching change drama every offseason...then we start signing prima donnas.

I tried listening to this clown a couple times. No thanks. I care take Basilio off his meds better than this jerk. He’s completely wrong.

It’s pretty clear CJH probably knew of the shopping a couple weeks ago. I’d suspect he started his recruiting efforts then also.

Basilio is much better than this guy. I realize that the man gets hate on here, but he doesn’t act superior to other people. He is out in front on some things more than he gets credit for. He also always admits when he’s wrong. He doesn't say "you don't know football/basketball if you disagree with me".
