So this has 28 pages of meltdown or is there some kind of actual news in here somewhere? I know some hate when people ask for cliff notes of threads, but oh well. What's the current updates??? Thanks.

He missed one practice because he had to take care of some things, rumored to be conditioning drills. People grabbed their torches and ignorantly demanded he gets kicked off. They also demanded Dooley should be fired for tolerating DRs attitude and he shouldn't care about his job security and kick DR off. A Georgia something scout site which employs three people total claimed he was transferring and turned out to be a false story. Today he was reportedly back with the team.

In other words. He missed one practice and that's it.

It doesn't matter what he 'wanted' to do. He is not the head coach, although he certainly seems to think he is.

CDD laid the law down for DR a couple of months ago. If DR broke any of those rules, CDD better back up his word. DR had a habit of missing/showing up when he wanted for workouts, team meetings and classes. CDD addressed this with the team and promised to handle it better. People in the ad still have no clue to what happened, still just a couple of rumors floating around. CDD is making it tougher and tougher to get any info about things. He Made it difficult to get recruiting info last year, i expect this year to be easier tho, alot of new coaches.
basically all he had to do was shut up, go to classes, attend all football functions and play football. 1000's of kids across the country do this every day with no problems.

may be i'm just old,but where do players get off thinking that they make the rules . I know it is a tough business, and really thats what it will all come down to in the long run. why not keep your nose clean,get a good education and make money in the pro's if you are good enough

Thanks for the info Skeet, but what's up with the new issues/rumors? Anything to them? Bray mentioned a finger surgery DR had. Does that have anything to do with the current stuff? Now we're hearing about CPs eligiblity issues, and of course people think DR is gonna get away with his crap again because of CPs issues.

Sorry but it is that ur old. :) Not trying to mean but more and more kids today are like this. It's sad....

yea ur right I am getting older, Truman was president when I was born:) and you are right it is sad that some players have such an attitude problem if indeed DR has one. I read on here everyday but believe about half of it:)

Coach Dooley gave us all info . He said "it's not a big deal, really." Why cant we leave it at that? Why must we dig and pray for more? He's the head coach, either we trust him or we don't.

Anyone that has ever been around a football team knows there is internal stuff like this that goes on every single day. He makes it difficult to get info because its really nobody's damn business. The message board militia can not change or help anything with conjecture and rumors

Local radio and media really stirred the pot and made it into a big deal.

No, its a big deal because of who the player is. Dooley had alot of team issues last year because of this player. Dooley had a team meeting because of this player, promising to handle things better going forward.

Well, that's all the media has wanted to talk about. They have used the word cancer 3000 times. The media keeps broadcasting here how wrong dooley is. I've also heard some people report that it wasn't that big of a deal, and dooley said it wasn't a big deal either. So what is the skinny on the whole ordeal. I would like someone to tell me exactly what happened.

Some people on here have tried to say that other posters and the media have been "trying to get" Da'Rick and all the problems are "just rumors." He's brought this on himself.
