If they do a split specimen using a lab he can ask that the second specimen is tested. I have never seen a second specimen overturn the results of the first.
Yea, that's the most common process.
Actually, I think the process is to be retested in 30 days if you appeal. If he is clean at that time, then he is good. I THINK that is the process.
Because "Seems to have nothing to do..." is stating that something is 100% factual.
