I agree but I agree with the bs scheduling for the sake of tradition. Look for who has an easier schedule and they typically do better.
i mean ga and Bama pitched a fit last year when they had to play a more difficult schedule.

Maybe stoops is happy winning enough at a place that doesn’t expect to win. He’s never getting fired. And if he ever does win the East he’ll be a god in Kentucky lore.

Never said anything about cheating. Said you had a year where you were inches from 6-7 losses but the breaks went your way.
Kentucky fans for the most part act as if they are Georgia-esque blowing every team out by 25+points every game this year.
Enjoy it. You earned it.

No I’m saying we are cheating. We had to let a couple teams win so it wouldn’t be obvious but we were setting ourself up for the national championship next year. If we would of went undefeated and kicked everybody’s ass this year it would of been to obvious we were cheating

We play Alabama as our permanent west opponent and they get Miss State. Automatic loss for us.

They also got a bad LSU team at home as the other west opponent and we get the second best team in the west in Ole Miss.

We played Florida when Florida was good at their place and KY played them at home after their downfall started.

KYs out of conference schedule was LA Monroe, Chattanooga, New Mexico State, and Louisville. We played the ACC champs in Pittsburgh.

The team they beat in the bowl game Iowa lost to Purdue by 17 points.

Kentucky beat two teams with a winning record.

We lost to both teams in the Championship game, two conference champions, five teams won 10+ games. We also had two games were highly questionable calls affected us.

And we beat Kentucky!

I don't understand why any of this matters. They won 10 games, good for them.

Let's focus on getting ourselves to 10 wins instead of making excuses about how our 7 wins are better than other teams' 10 wins. Comes off as sour grapes, IMO.

We're the last people that should talk about scheduling. Kentucky is our best win. If people on here want to say they suck then we're really bad. Kentucky would have had no problem winning 7 games with ours. When ou and Texas move in I hope it goes to 10 sec teams and 2 P5. No more FCS crap. That's the only reason why 13 teams were bowl eligible. Everybody basically starts with 3-4 wins.

When they do move in if they move auburn and Bama to the east and mizz to the west it could get ugly for a lot of us. I don't see the pod system working by location. 2 pods would be brutal and 2 would be soft as Charmin

I won't lie... sat there in front of my big 4K television and cheered UK on. And Kirby, and Nick. And also Shane. And the rest, except for Ole Miss. Just couldn't do it. And yes the officials robbed UT, so I'n counting the MCB as a win. The 8th. win.

I'm an SEC guy. But I am VOL through and through. Season tickets since 1967. I scream and yell at any of our league opponents when we play them. But I detest the thought of the BG10 or the ACC having any chance to boast.

If given the choice of a Hallmark movie or a college football game, and I mean ANY college game, wifey will tune in the game every time. I don't get it that some prefer all bowl games be eliminated except for the playoffs and NC.

I tolerate Basketball and really like baseball, but football is what I love. And now I'm in a funk knowing that it's over until next season. Go Vols

It’s because of recruiting and stability. It’s coming as soon as they fix the wrong doing by the coaches we’ve had.! If CJH can keep continuity it want be long. VFL !
