Just like in college - it is up to the replacement head coach to decide if he wants to keep the OC. Like the Browns' new HC may keep Kitchens.
99% of a handful is about 1/2 of a finger. There aren't 30 new NFL head coaches. The only reason the browns would keep kitchens is because he was already on the staff with the now head coach at the beginning of the year. 99% of the other new coaches will bring in a completely new staff. When your starting over with a new coach you don’t want any of the old coaches from the previous regime on your staff because your trying to completely erase the previous staff and their coaching methods.
Odd amount of head coaches being fired. Does this make a lot of coordinators available? Pruitt may have some new options.
