Odd amount of head coaches being fired. Does this make a lot of coordinators available? Pruitt may have some new options.

Just like in college - it is up to the replacement head coach to decide if he wants to keep the OC. Like the Browns' new HC may keep Kitchens.

The only reason the browns would keep kitchens is because he was already on the staff with the now head coach at the beginning of the year. 99% of the other new coaches will bring in a completely new staff. When your starting over with a new coach you don’t want any of the old coaches from the previous regime on your staff because your trying to completely erase the previous staff and their coaching methods.

99% of a handful is about 1/2 of a finger. There aren't 30 new NFL head coaches.

Every year in the NFL has 5-6 head coaches fired. This year will be no different.

What is odd, at the start of the season, there were six black Head Coaches. By the end of the week, there may only be one....Tomlin.

I have a feeling whether Kitchens stays or goes will be up to Baker Mayfield. Dude lit it up pretty good for a rookie under Kitchens.

Same situation as why Cooter was retained under Matt Patricia. Stafford wanted it that way.

Franchise QBs often have as much power as the HC whether that is right or wrong.

I'd think most coordinator would consider going from oc in NFL to college a demotion?
