I understand and appreciate that but this guy held people hostage for around 3 hours. It is not clear at what point he killed them. The cop on/off duty there wasn't enough to stop him.

It will be safer. Chances a terrorist or psycho picks my nightclub as a target vs trouble in a nightclub from the patrons with guns; not even close.

There's a reason virtually no club owner wants people packing in a place where people are drinking and trying to get laid.

Just playing the odds. If people are packing in the club every night there's gonna be a shooting sooner or later.
