I'd take Fournette, WR Malachi Dupree and Safety Jamal Adams.....at their respective positions they're better than any players we have there.

Ok, you're crazy. You said to call you that. Didn't Ole Miss beat Bama the last 2 years? In any event, won't matter until we get to the SEC CG. Keep injuries to a minimum and play lights out. If we get big leads give our 2s & 3s some playing time to get more experience. You never know when someone will go down and next man up needs to be ready.

I guess Georgia last year, Northwestern last year and South Carolina in 2013 aren't 'games of note'... Back on topic - Florida is a fine team with a good but not great defense - Tennessee is better and playing at home.

Don't forget about smoking Iowa in the previous bowl game and they were highly (over) rated going into that bowl game. After getting whooped you saw Iowa rebound last year. That said, I don't think Florida better take TN as a gimme. I just re-watched the 1986 Sugar Bowl and Miami was favored by 8-14 pts and had they won the game would have claimed the national championship. My point: Miami got spanked 35-7 going against the mighty Vinny Testaverde. Hmmm, do we see any similarities here? Ken Donahue had the defense ready for them, Shoop will do the same. We have a proven QB...and Florida? Not sorry, this is OUR year and UF is only a bump in the road! :rock:

Exactly, three yawners for wins, especially Northwestern and SC. Florida's defense will be outstanding, as usual, but its offense will look like a totally different team.

Florida and Bama again in Atlanta. Tennesee has a very good year, 9-3 range.

A yawner? The Georgia game involved a 24-3 comeback. The SC game ended on a last second field goal and they went 11-2 that year and finished the season ranked #4. It's funny how when Florida beats Georgia, it's a big deal to Gator fans but when Tennessee does it, it's not.

Florida's defense did not look 'outstanding' while allowing over 500 yards of total offense in a 41-7 loss to Michigan and now that same defense is without Vernon Hargreaves and several others... It's offense will have another terrible line and a QB not as good as Will Grier... and will be on the road September 24th. At least you don't have to play Florida Atlantic this year!

Why do some of you even converse with these Gator trolls? The only reason they are on our board is to troll and make themselves look like idiots. Just put them all on ignore. Frankly, I wish Freak would ban all fans of other teams from coming on here. This board is for Tennessee Vol fans. Not Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Alabama and other fans.

I see Tennessee as a Clemson of late type team . They have the potential to be really scary, but can they put it all together? We'll see.

Florida's defense doesn't have the talented depth it used to in the defensive front 7. This will show in the 4th quarter this year as they give up some long runs late. Hell, Dobbs and company shredded an even better Florida defense last year on the ground.

If this is right we play #1, 5. 8 & 9= 23
UGA #3, 4. 9 & 10= 26
UF ##2, 4, 5. 6= 17

per this UGA still gets off easier and people said they did not get the favorable schedule this year as usual so its a bit tougher than usual but still not toughest road.

Bama has QBs who's thrown more Ints yesterday than Tds, two RBs who don't have 500 yds career rushing between then but they are better. Better than anyone.

It's preseason so we have no idea how accurate this is. For example, aTm may have fired their coach by the time we play them and be in a complete tail spin. They also may be undefeated with eyes on the playoffs.
