White Chocolate threw a mean one handed pass, so does Rubio, Rondo and Nash. Style of play and handle dictate that as much as anything. Any PG worth a crap isn't going to do a 2 hand chest pass on a pick n roll, same for being on a fastbreak, or guys that are cutting. As a PG you keep the ball alive and all those work better. The NBA is a lot different than back then, tons of one on one isos. Not a lot of pick n rolls, which if ran correctly is almost impossible to stop. Not a lot of back picks or curls. Stockton very very.rarely picked up his dribble which allowed him to execute these things perfectly. I see too many guys drive inside, pick up their dribble and get stuck. Or pick it up at the top of the key anticipating cuts. Its just bad basketball IQ and fundamentals. IMO You PG's reading this...keep your fawking dribble alive! Lol
Edit: Court Vision is a must as well. You have to be able to survey the whole court in a split second, and react quickly to what is happening.
