Eh. He'll put in JG with the reason being, "He gives us the best chance". Not, "He's the best QB on the team".
I'm tired of hearing about these chances of winning. What are they this week with JG, 4? 3, less? They can't be much lower with anyone else. Here's what we know about these chances, every week. They never go up with JG. Play any team you want to pick, 10 times in a row with JG as your QB. His win probability would remain constant, more likely drop, from week to week. Put BM, or HB in for those same games in place of. Those percentages go up.
Pruitt is that guy who says I'm hungry today, kill the hen and let's eat. He's not the guy who sees that the hen would be better left to live and lay some eggs and make more chickens. You may go hungry for a game or two, but once these young guys get some game time in, they'll start feeding victories. Sitting them on the bench does nothing since our QB coach can't develop them.
