The judge ruled against that April 7th so walkons don't count in 2025-2026 unless something happens before the season starts.

Not exactly. The judge said she would prefer that they grandfather in existing student-athletes that would be cut from teams if roster limits were imposed. She did not make that a term or requirement of approving the settlement.

Well it could be Well or Wynn one getting another season for an injury and the other deciding somewhere else like Missouri is better for them. It could be Edie deciding to go elsewhere or one of the core players of six all we have left.

I agree she said extend more seasons gradually work it in. Still no final ruling so they can't implement it until there is one so guess it depends on when that happens maybe late summer. I would think schools could work under the present rules until then.

Not all bad news regardless if someone is leaving has to mean they know some players are coming in that they thought would cut into their time.

This is my concern... In the beginning as we all know, Kim Caldwell was able to get a top recruiting class and did awesome in the transfer portal but since everybody seen her style of play in action mostly of her subsitutions, kids are now reluctant to commit to Tennessee. Kim Caldwell needs to change her system a little bit, or face consequences in the recruiting trail. I really am concerned about who are we going to get in this 2026 recuiting class.

Genuinely asking, is it really such a turn-off? Maybe for the really big players who are wanting 30+ minutes in every game, sure. But if you've just been a solid role-player at one school, why wouldn't you give it a shot?

Coach Sam(s) have their work cut out for them recruiting. Good thing Sam Williams is “the best recruiter in the business.” As we were oft told
