Barnes just never let Uros cook. We had jr joker and told him to take his big ass down to the block . Hell, Okpara had the best 3p% on the team last year and Barnes just wouldn’t give him the green light. He’s a dinosaur, I tell ye!

In other words, someone convince me this isn't Quinton Dibountje part deux.

Honestly man, who knows. From watching the highlights he looks legit tho. Has crazy athleticism and can shoot very good too. I hope this is legit because he seems like a perfect fit for us next year. Love the fact that he’s 6’6 he will fit in defensively too which i’m sure Barnes will love

He plays basketball in France, I think he did a few months 2 years ago in Florida

I’ll be honest, I had similar thoughts…not seen him on any mocks for 25 or 26, looks good in the highlights but obviously anyone can. I don’t remember the exact Dibounje journey, Massamba is playing at the highest level in France and on a team chock full of 25-35 year old grown men, so best competition there is.

How is he playing on that team in France if his highlights are from the US? That's where I'm confused.

He played AAU Southern Elite and HS in Florida then back home. We tried to get him earlier, but he had his sights on G league. When we called again last week, he was open to talking since the NIL money is better. There are some specifics that have to be worked through about admissions and foreign NIL weirdness.
