Different visas have different allowances and restrictions. It is all according to what kind of visa an international player is here on.

If the dude is in school, it's a student visa and they cannot receive NIL benefits on a student visa unless the state department has made changes to the student visas

I’ll be honest, I had similar thoughts…not seen him on any mocks for 25 or 26, looks good in the highlights but obviously anyone can. I don’t remember the exact Dibounje journey, Massamba is playing at the highest level in France and on a team chock full of 25-35 year old grown men, so best competition there is.
