2025 Transfer portal - players leaving the Vols

Ok. Serious question for anyone who sees this. When was the last time you physically attended a football game at Neyland?
I was at the Florida game with a bunch of friends. Place and atmosphere was electric. We had a awesome tailgate party. I am not a season ticket holder but I go to 1-2 games a year and have been since 1985. First game was 1983. About a 4 hour drive to Knoxville, love the drive and the scenery in the fall. There has only been 2 years between 1985-2024 I that I haven’t attended at least 1 game. I plan on going to at least 2 games this year and enjoy a great Big Orange atmosphere!!!! GBO

Over ten years. Went to softball and baseball last year. Price and distance make it difficult. Used to be a VASF giver and ticket holder. Got about ten fan packs from spring games.
Looking through the transfer list and the destinations that we know so far, it is hard to argue that any of these transfers were lured away by money that we could not have matched if we wanted to do so. Meaning, we essentially let them go.

In a way, it’s sad because I have followed some of them since they arrived on campus, but I don’t think the team is necessarily worse off after their departure (except for the one whose name shall not be mentioned).

What bargaining chips does a guy with 1 pass for 13 yards have to make 2 jumps in one off-season. Geez.

Leacock is from the Raleigh area too. He could actually live at home and play ball😆 he was a Top 100 recruit nationally, ranked in the 80s on the composite out of HS i believe. Expected him to play but he never has. Tall and fast...there must be a mental issue or maturity issue? He has all the tools to play.
