If you literally look at who all has already committed recently you'd have to be. The bigger schools have contracts that won't allow us to just take their signed guy without penalty.

Because he doesn't have a position at the SEC level. Great overall football that should thrive at the lower level. But he doesn't have the hips/change of direction to play CB in the SEC and he doesn't have the frame/weight/strength to play S in the SEC.
