With a DT rotation that can hold the line and win one on one Teelander is a really good linebacker. Think what a guy like Brooks would have been if he didn't have the hogs he did up front........I know it's a different position but everyone had to compensate because the D line got worked all year save a handful of games, and in those games Teelander wasn't an issue.

I watched this guy play Duke week 1 (i was very desperate for football that night lol), and he’s really good. He’s got some wheels and was clearly carrying the team on his back. I’d love to bring him aboard, if only for competition alone.

Telander cannot be your starting 3-down MLB. His lack of mobility and athleticism for that position was one of our biggest problems. He'd actually make a really nice DE/Edge type player because he's good at rushing the passer. But he can't cover backs and TEs to save his life.

Yep. If Carter returns, I want to see him and Spillman ar the LB spots. If not, then Spillman and Perlotte. We need athleticism in the back end in coverage...Teabagger ain't it. He’s a decent football player, juat not at what we're asking him to do.

Every time I see a CB hitting the portal I think "come to Tennessee to be a first round draft pick". Crazy to think we're going to have that as a selling point with McCoy and Hood projected as first round picks.

It's amazing how about 100-120 players are "projected first round picks" every year, yet only 32 actually are.

2. Tennessee doesn't need Cutter Boley.
3. Coaches meeting with a current player from another team who hasn't entered the portal (which isn't open, yet) is like the one major way to get in trouble in the NIL/Transfer era.
