Low NIL to none to add depth with a guy who's played a lot of football.

Nobody thinks they are infallible. Nobody. Pointing out a "shortcoming" when sitting on your couch at home is laughable. Trying to make decisions in seconds, while considering everything going on with your team? Good luck brother.

Eh yeah you really only use 2 IDL in most situations with 2 Edge rushers but you need to have depth there. Having only 2 space eaters on a roster would be disastrous. They cant play 70-80 snaps a game. They would at best be extremely tired at worst they would have serious injuries. And without having space eaters the running lanes would be wide open almost every play. You have to have big bodies in the trenches. No matter what era it is.

It may be "laughable", but I've seen plenty of people be accurate with their opinions.

You never know what can happen when you give a local kid his dream opportunity here. Look at Desean Bishop and even Jakobe Thomas who was at MTSU.

131 tackles over 24 and 25 seasons (Led App-State). Had 3 INT’s, 2 FF’s and 5 PBU’s this past season.

Exact kind of player everyone in the fanbase overlooks and he ends up contributing next year.

No, that is not how it is going. I am talking about no defensive lineman at all. Knowles’ philosophy is play super soft coverage with 6 linebackers and 5 defensive backs. The idea is to let the opposing team score as quickly as possible and hold our balls on offense.

Agreed! But even if you get it a bit higher, it’s usually much cheaper than the usual tonacco shop. Not always, but typically I find it that way.
