Call me pyscho but I want him at Tennessee with Heupel for his final 2 years of eligibility. He has enough game experience to be comfortable starting, but he has never had anything remotely close to a competent offensive staff.

He would also have a very potent receiving group around him.

Yes everyone knows this. And it is completely irrelevant given he won't play for the team he transfers to this season.

It is a 3-4 month rehab time so it doesn't even matter to spring schedule.

You’re gonna pay any of these transfer QBs a ton.
So the question has to be, is this QB a big enough upgrade on what we’ve already got to forego spending that money somewhere else on the roster and starting George or Faizon?

Because if the QB is just marginally better than our young guys, just go buy the best RB or Safety in the country instead of the QB.
