This and all the other oldies listed above your post. THat was real golf with real equipment. All those guys were golf to me. I learned to play with a set of Muirfield persimmon woods with steel shafts. And Bobby Nichols blades.

Old Walter Hagen blades. Cannot remember my woods, but I still have them along with the Hagen irons.

Well then, I might be playing the weekend with only 2 golfers. Hoge has been fairly dependable all season and forgot to show up in NC with his clubs. And Hovland is sucking pickled eggs. But my -7 on round 1 might be decent. It's a brutal course.
