Got back last night in time to see last half of Kentucky game. It took me 13 hours to get back, due to almost 30 minutes to get through Dothan, Alabama, and 45 minutes to get through Chattanooga (wreck). I stopped to eat once, for gas once, and to take a leak about 23 times.

It is worth noting how Sen. Amy Klobuchar dropping out of the race and then endorsing Joe Biden dramatically changed the outcome of the Democratic Party primary in Minnesota.

This is how the polls looked in Minnesota on Friday according to FiveThirtyEight:

Bernie Sanders 27%
Amy Klobuchar 21%
Joe Biden 20%
Michael Bloomberg 14%
Elizabeth Warren 8%

...and these were the results from the Minnesota Democratic Party primary yesterday:

Joe Biden 39%
Bernie Sanders 30%
Elizabeth Warren 10%
Michael Bloomberg 8%

It looks like almost all of Amy Klobuchar's support went to Joe Biden and he needed it. Can there be any doubt who Biden's running mate will be? She must have been promised something. I doubt it was just a cabinet position if he wins. It's also worth noting that Bernie Sanders received 61% of the vote in the Minnesota Democratic Party caucuses in 2016 (they have since switched to primary). Bernie must be hating Klobuchar right now. Minnesota was his.

I think this has been talked about for over a year and nothing has come of it except for right wing talking points. Does Joe's touchy feel nature bother me? Yes, but that is because I don't like people touching me that I don't know. Same way Trump's touchy feel nature and comments about his own daughter bother me too, as well as his prior remarks about assaulting women. The kid was uncomfortable. I would have been too. But that doesn't mean I'll scream that Joe is a pedophile. Same with Trump.
It is a ridiculous talking point on the right. But I know it won't matter what I say and the insults are in bound, so carry on.

I also think AK is likely going to be his running mate. He’s already got the AA vote sewn up, so while Kamala or Stacey would bring more diversity cred they don’t bring many votes. AK arguably knows her way around DC better than “heels up” while the Georgia gal (presumably) best knows how to handle a knife and fork.

I promise I won't troll them much longer, but I've been hanging out in a Bernie thread on FB. I love how pissed they are. Plus every time I tell them why Bernie is the worst "democrat" to run in decades, they get even more pissed. Mostly because they can't refute what I am saying. Glorious.
